I'm committing to eating meals, stopping picking and grazing, late night eating, no exersice, poor mental health, and unstable sleeping patterns! I know this is a mental thing, but after I have a big binge episode, it takes me several days to get back to a normal eating pattern and amount of calories. So, today I grazed with food a lot and didn't eat meals! I didn't count points or calories today. I, on the contrary, had a mess of a time! It's always extremes with me! As you all know, I've been contemplating diets and really trying to plan out stuff! Well there's good and bad news. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(255, 255, 51);"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(255, 255, 51);"&gt;First, let's get the ugly out of the way. I ate pretty poorly for the past few days. As mentioned, when I weighed myself on Saturday, I had not gained the weight, and I remained at 160.6/8 lbs. I had a bit of a bingeing episode yesterday, and ate the most I have in a REALLY long time-thousands of calories. I fear that I've developed Binge Eating Disorder as it's near impossible to control and it happens regularly. (I mean how many people do you know that can gain 40 lbs in 6 months?) Well, I weighed myself today and in the matter of one day, I went all the way up to 166 lbs!!!! 5 pounds in ONE DAY! Wowie!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(255, 255, 51);"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(255, 255, 51);"&gt;Now about the good! I've decided on my diet! I'm going to try to stick to weight watchers starting tomorrow all through to September. I think that due to the comments you've all left, you collectively think it's the most effective, realistic, attainable, and safe! Starting tomorrow morning, I'm going to take pictures of everything I eat! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(255, 255, 51);"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(255, 255, 51);"&gt;By the way to be honest, after this morning's weigh in, I'm feeling super down! I can't help but feel ashamed, hopeless, and embarrassed. My weight is becoming mortifying. I look so stocky for someone of only 5'2". Also, I'm SO young that it must seem unfortunate. Next, I'm obsessed with fashion and I currently fit into nothing, not to mention I look awful in clothing right now. With the heat, I need to wear less clothing, and I feel ashamed. I've decided that I've just been expecting these pounds to fall off on their own. Well, I've come to terms with reality, and I know that just isn't going to happen! Like so many of you, I can't seem to get this weight loss going and in the mean time, my number is slyly creeping up, digit-by-digit. I'll probably be 162 by tomorrow (EVERYONE CROSS YOUR FINGERS THAT I DIDN'T GAIN ANOTHER POUND!! :]). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(0, 204, 204);"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(0, 204, 204);"&gt;In &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(0, 204, 204);"&gt;order &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(0, 204, 204);"&gt;to get some &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(0, 204, 204);"&gt;order&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(0, 204, 204);"&gt; into my life, I've decided I need&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(0, 204, 204);"&gt; structure&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(0, 204, 204);"&gt; in the form of a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(0, 204, 204);"&gt; regime&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(0, 204, 204);"&gt;! So, after all these years of trial and error, reading health magazines, dieting books, and the like, I've decided to get my "tabula rasa" or blank slate going, as John Locke deemed it! I looked at dieting without bias, and just chose the most sensible one. Plain-and-simple, a pound of fat is 3,500 calories, which means I need to lose 140,000 calories (40 pounds)  before September. I can do this one of two ways: eating less calories and burning more! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(0, 204, 204);"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(0, 204, 204);"&gt;Currently, I weigh 161 pounds. My next step was to find out how many calories I'm currently allowed to have per day to maintain this weight as a female. A good way to do this is: get your body weight (ex. 161) and multiply it by 10 (=1,610), then add your weight to that number (=1,771). So, I'm allowed 1771 to maintain this weight. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(0, 204, 204);"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(0, 204, 204);"&gt;Logically, I can lose about 40 pounds by September-when school begins, by losing just 2 pounds a week. I can lose one pound by dieting and one by burning. So this means that in order to eat off one pound i need to cut 3,500 calories off of my intake per week, which is 500 calories per day (3,500/7 = 500). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(0, 204, 204);"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(0, 204, 204);"&gt;Therefore, ,my new dieting caloric intake will be 1271 per day, but to insure weight loss i"m going to make it 1,200 or less calories per day. Then, I also need to burn 500 per day in order to lose 2 pounds a week. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(0, 204, 204);"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(0, 204, 204);"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(0, 204, 204);"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(0, 204, 204);"&gt;Overall, my plan is a basic, age-old diet called science. To match a low calorie diet into one of the more popular ones, I decided that the Karl Lagerfeld one seemed the most effective for weight loss in a short amount of time. I've gained a solid twelve pounds in the past month, and thirty six pounds since October. I haven't posted in a few days because I just went away for Easter weekend. Even though I was still gaining weight, I had made major changes but they were all derailed by unfortunate circumstances. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px Helvetica"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style=""&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(255, 255, 0);"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style=""&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(255, 255, 0);"&gt;In the past, I felt that "oh so &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(255, 255, 0);"&gt;rocky bottom&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(255, 255, 0);"&gt;" and would immediately do everything that I could to lose the weight-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style=""&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(255, 255, 0);"&gt;and fast! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style=""&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(255, 255, 0);"&gt;I've been waiting to really feel the "Oh gosh, no! I can't eat another extra thing until I see that number on the scale change!!" Well, I felt that rock bottom &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(255, 255, 0);"&gt;today&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(255, 255, 0);"&gt;! Upon looking in the bathroom mirror of my dorm this morning, I saw my size in comparison to a girl on my floor. This girl is a completely average weight person;not skinny or anything, just normal. I had been a lot smaller and tighter looking than this person at the beginning of the school year. Beyond that, I have nothing to wear right now, i feel awful, and every thing's getting harder to do. I went again yesterday also. Even though I went to the gym, I still ate far too much during the day and a lot at night, completely negating all my hard work at the gym. We are run on stimulation and getting what we want. For many of us, weight loss is something we try to rush via a magic pill, surgery, or fad diet. The point I'm trying to make is, we can't rush weight loss! Generally, dropping the weight really fast means that's about how fast you'll gain it back. From personal experience, I know this to be true. &lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;The secret to dieting success is patience and hard work. We need to re-teach ourselves how to eat and be active. Being unrealistic or jumping the gun will set you up for failure, especially in the long run. Anymore when you start to get cynical or you start to say "ugh, this isn't working," just distract yourself or go for a walk and listen to your ipod. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Diet Diva is right there with you. This is the hardest thing for me. In retrospect, I see that I've derailed my diet by simply obsessing over it too much! I challenge you to follow me in not thinking about your weight! If you eat right and stick to a solid exercise plan, you'll lose weight. Dedicate your thoughts to academics, your family, your friends, or simply to your hobby (cough, cough-blogging*). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Here's what I plan to do to keep my mind off of self-deprecation &amp;amp; my hands off of the carbs(!!!):&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(51, 204, 0);"&gt;1. Wear a retainer for your teeth (if you have one)!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(51, 204, 0);"&gt;2. Put some Crest White Strips on your teeth!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(51, 204, 0);"&gt;3. Drink something!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(51, 204, 0);"&gt;4. Listen to your i-pod or music.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(51, 204, 0);"&gt;5. Chew gum.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(51, 204, 0);"&gt;6. Read a book or a health magazine.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(51, 204, 0);"&gt;7. Go for a walk.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(51, 204, 0);"&gt;8. Take a shower or better yet a hot bath!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(51, 204, 0);"&gt;9. Go for a swim!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(51, 204, 0);"&gt;10. Write a letter to a friend or loved one like your mother!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(51, 204, 0);"&gt;11. Meet up with other people. (The best way to distract yourself from yourself!)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(51, 204, 0);"&gt;12. Take a nap!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(51, 204, 0);"&gt;13. Write a bucket list and start to check stuff off.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(51, 204, 0);"&gt;14. Join a club, team, group, or join an organization!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(51, 204, 0);"&gt;15. Give yourself that other kind of &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(51, 204, 0);"&gt;treat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(51, 204, 0);"&gt;like painting your nails or finally getting around to that facial!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(51, 204, 0);"&gt;16. Write through your feelings on a blog or in a journal! If we think that we are going to, then we just might. My main point is that we are our own best friend and best motivator. Having a good relationship with ourselves and our bodies is the most special thing there is! Look down at the area that is bothering you (and with optimism!) say thank you thighs, you carry me to class every day and allow me to get my education! Or thank you hips, without you, I would not have been able to have my beautiful children! &lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;You see, life is great and it's needs to begin today! No more of the negative, when I'm thinner my life will begin! Today is a great day, and don't waste it. That makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise!" Because I'm just getting into this, I ate a nice clean light breakfast! 1/2 an orange, 1/2 an apple, and a bowl of Quaker Oatmeal with cinnamon. Mmm!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4. &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Exercise!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style=""&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 153);"&gt;If you feel like you are not in-shape enough or that it may pain you, then go for a twenty minute walk. Keep upping the amount! Go twice a day! You need endorphins! They are your bodies natural drug! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;5. &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Keep a food diary! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style=""&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 153);"&gt;Make sure that you see the bad patterns, so you can fix them. Eat a bigger dinner or have a glass of milk or late night salad, if you are staying up late to do work in order to nix late night snacking and bingeing!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;6. &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Plan Ahead!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style=""&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 153);"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 153);"&gt;Try to plan out what you are going to eat. Aim for 5 to 6 small meals a day or 3 meals and 2 snacks. Stick to healthy foods and make sure you are getting a range of carbs, fats, and protein. If you are a vegetarian, like me, then you must make sure you are following a vegetarian food pyramid. Planning is a sure-fire way to not mess up. If you are going out to eat look up the calories, fat, and carbs online or call ahead and ask what's healthy on the menu or what can be adjusted for you. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;7. Supplements!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style=""&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 153);"&gt;When we diet, we may be falling short of some of our must-have nutrients. In order to &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style=""&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 153);"&gt;make sure that we are getting everything we need take a multi vitamin. The whole day is just one big oxymoron of feelings. The main goal is to get through the day and not mess it up. If I can get through today completely right, then that will make day two that much more inspiring. Now, I'm going to give you a &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-style: italic;"&gt;little &lt;/span&gt;background history of myself as I sip on my can of &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Coca Cola &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-style: normal;"&gt;Ze&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-style: normal;"&gt;ro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;. &lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;First of all, I have a lot of experience with health, fitness, and dieting-more than five years of it. A lot of things that I went through are to be kept private or in the past, but I've had my fair shares of ups and downs. Like many of you, I'm what they deem a "yo-yo dieter" or someone on a "weight roller coaster." I've been up and down so many times, I'm nauseous! I've decided that I'm getting off of this ride, once and for all!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;I'm a very young college student, who has just gained thirty-three pounds since the middle of October. Here I am over a half a year later, ready to reverse time. One of my favorite inspirational quotes that has really given me a lot of hope lately is: "you can make your way back from anything." I'm going to believe this is true and show everyone that it's true. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;When I came into school in September I weighed 133 pounds. I felt huge, and it was one of my highest weights. I looked swollen and my shape looked bloated. I went to the gym everyday that month, minus maybe five or six days. I tried to eat lower amounts of calories and healthily. I ended up losing ten pounds and getting into really great shape, fitness-wise. I was able to run, walk long distances, and do all the machines for extended periods of time. I had great muscle tone and was pretty limber. I had been stretching and doing strength training. I was so full of energy, and my speed was definitely at one of its most peak times. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;After getting down to 123 ponds by the beginning of October, I began to struggle to keep it down. I stopped going to the gym as often due to a knee injury and I started to binge eat like I had done so many times before. I started to gain the massive amounts of weight every time I would go home for little breaks. It's not because of home cooking or anything. It was all done out of a detrimentally familiar pattern I had fallen captive to, so many times before. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Around this time, I also changed dorm rooms and I was under a lot of stress. (I don't deal well with stress!) I would go back to the gym for a few days and then fall out of the pattern again. I would try to not eat a lot, go on diets, detox, but nothing was working. I had no self-restraint or will-power. I was in my fifth year of being a vegetarian, and I gave it up for December and January because I wanted to go on a low-carb diet. I ended up gaining about fifteen pounds by the end of those two months. It was the worst decision because it showed immature I was becoming about my weight issues.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Here I am now. My 5'2" and 156 pound self, ready to get back to the pride I once took in my body. I understand it's going to be difficult, but I'm willing to make it fun and take this demon head on!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;I WILL BE A SKINNY-CONFIDENT-MINNIE! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;I can do this, and so can you! Even if you're just trying to become fitter, eat more healthily, diet of pounds, or make a change in your life, come along for the ride. I'll post about diets, low-calorie recipes, nutritional tips, diet tips and tricks, exercises, and mental health. I'm also a big person on inspiration. I'll post a daily inspirational skinny minnie picture. I'll also follow people in the public eye from time-to-time.
